Learn to make moves alone…
As we walk into the New Year think of all the things you wanted to do in 2016 but didn’t do just because you had no one to do them with and put it into your mind that you will not allow that to continue in 2017. The most common thing I have heard as an excuse for why people have not followed through on so many things is because they cant seem to ride solo and need a friend or boyfriend/girlfriend by their side so they don’t come across as a loner, it’s completely retarted to me. Simple things from going to the gym to watching a film alone in the cinema. You need to remember that its fine to do things alone sometimes and theres a chance you might even make some new friends who share more of the same interests as you by going to different events.
One tenth of your wages are yours to keep!
I’ve never been much of a saver but I read the book ‘The Richest Man in Babylon’ and it helped me out a little. It is a simple thing but puting 10% of your wage each month to one side is how you start to save money for your future, the money you make should not just be given away on bills and living expenses you work hard for your money and you should be able to enjoy it and put it towards your future.
Read books and learn new skills
I’m always reading, I like to learn new things and I feel reading is an easy way to do this. People seem to find it hard to read a book these days they ask me how I find time to read… We all have the same 24 hours and people find time for the things they want to. Some will watch tv for hours on end and slide through Instagram for hours watching other people live their lives you really need to think about where that has got you so far. Learning new skills is at your fingertips you have youtube that can teach you anything from steaming fish to fixing pipes under your sink its just up to you if you are willing to seek that knowledge. If someone asks me a question and I don’t know the answer I google it and then look at them wondering why they could not have simply done the same.
Google is your friend.
Write everything down!
The brain is constantly working and thinking of all different things, ideas, new interests, things that you need to get done around the house, something you want to discuss with a friend. The imagination is a beautiful thing and should not be wasted, so my advice to you is write it all down. Your ideas, your thoughts in terms of goals and the life you are trying to create for yourself. Write things down no matter how silly you think they could be because it could spark an even greater thought when you read it at a later date.
Exfoliating helps you achieve healthy and glowing skin, who doesn’t want that? There are several ways to exfoliate your face and body to remove the dead skin cells, you can use natural exfoliants or store brought products but I think its best to have a skincare routine, I exfoliate my face twice a week and my body once a week.
I know this hard for so many people because of all the stresses life throws at you, but you need to find a calm way to deal with things and give out the vibe you hope to recieve.
Make new friends that are totally different to your old ones.
This for me is very important we all have friends we’ve had for ages but life takes us on different journeys and you cannot ask your friend who has no experience in whatever your new life venture is for advice because they will simply not be able to advise you correctly and this is why I think a variety of friends is a positive thing. Someone who is older will have a different opinion to someone who is your age mate, a person who has never been in a relationship might not be able to offer you relationship advice just the same as you might not ask a person who does not own a home for advice on a mortgage, people serve different purposes in your life and all your friends should not be cut from the same cloth if you intend to level up in life.
DRINK MORE WATER
I’m sure we all know we should be drinking plenty of water, water keeps the body hydrated and healthy. Water can help with weight loss and clear skin if you cut out all the sweet drinks you might normally opt for you will definitely see an improvement. Water also improves your mood and I’m sure so many could use all the help they can get to keep them in a good mood.
I think this a beautiful thing offering your time to help someone else in some way and not just in the most common ways of feeding the homeless there are so many ways to offer a helping hand and at the same time gain some new skills for yourself. Many organisations are always looking for people to offer time, stories of your past experiences and even styling advice.
People are always looking for ways to make money the problem is that too many are looking for a get rich quick scheme that involves little to no actual work. Hard work pays off. You need to reseach before you decide to invest in something dont walk into anything blind. Having several incomes is normally a good goal and take the time to build to the point where your money makes more money for you. Dont skip the struggle the best stories normally come from failure and you need something to tell the grandchildren one day.
